Ministry Workers are volunteers, and much of a Ministry Leader’s work is the recruiting, training, and leading of this volunteer Ministry team. In addition, the Ministry Leader leads and/or collaborates with the Ministry team in the identification, planning and implementation of ministry activities in alignment with the MZANBC guidelines. MZANBC Ministries do not collect dues from Ministry team members. Leading volunteers is not the same as working with employees. Volunteers will do what they enjoy or are convicted to do, not necessarily what needs to be done. Personal contacts are more effective than public appeals. Building a support team is essential for long-term success. You will be working with a minority of the congregation.
Responsibilities:

In addition, the Ministry Worker are to support and/or collaborate with the Ministry Leader in the identification, planning and implementation of Ministry activities in alignment with the MZANBC Ministry Operations Handbook guidelines. Worker volunteers are not the same as working for an employer.
